AeroOBD JSC is consulting company located in Moscow, Russia.

The company provides:

- automotive electronics diagnostics and consulting;
- chip programming;
- dump edition for failed chips.

Our team works on electronics for Mercedes Benz repair about 12 years. We glad to share our own experience with you. We supply dump editor programs for chips and diagnostic equipment.

1) Turn off two screw on body (see yellow frame marked at Pic.2), remove the body (see Pic.3, 4)

2) There are microprocessors at the chip (they break the most often in the series). See location on Pic.5, 6.

3) To reprogram these microprocessors we need to unsolder it and use programmer (see Pic.7).

6) Next you need to buy insertion for microprocessors (it is special file (dump) which allow you to reprogram microprocessor through programer). Or after reading information from microprocessors you can send the file with the information to us. After reprogram we send it back to you. You will need to upload it to microprocessors.

7) The microprocessors must be soldered back after the reprogram. The chip have to be placed to the plastic body and snaped.

Please bear in mind that the standard instruction does not provide 100 % guarantee of successful repair in case of other atypical disrepairs.
